Sun 3 March 10am-12pm & 4pm-6pm
Mon 4 March 7am-9am < optional extra session*
When
we practice yoga morning and evening, we are able to find a rhythm
within ourselves that resonates with the cycles of the natural world: in
the morning we are fresh and gearing up for the day; in the evening we
are winding down and getting ready to sleep. Most classes are taught to
cater to our busy lives rather than our bio-rhythms.
This
workshop is an opportunity to dedicate a couple of days to exploring
the balance and sense of inner wholeness that can be achieved when we
come back to the mat half a day later... and then again.. and then
again.
It
also allows us to follow through themes (for example exploration of
the articulation of a particular joint) without the intelligence of the
joint being dissipated so much between classes by the unaware
activities of daily living.
* Note: The
Monday morning class will consolidate and balance the preceding
classes, but not introduce new material. So if you are unable to make it
to that one (or need to leave early) this can still work for you (let
Jenni know).
