Holiday Yoga Schedule from Dec. 26, 2013

Holiday Yoga, with Johnny Batchelor, is on again this year at Moore Street Yoga Room from December 26 till January 16, including:

Daily Holiday Yoga classes at 9:30AM - 11:00AM;

Daily Led Practice at 7:30AM - 9:00AM;

The Xmas Intensive - 27 Dec. - 29 Dec. 4:30PM - 7:30PM.








Johnny's popular Holiday Yoga classes are on again this summer from December 26 till January 16 at 9:30AM - 11:00AM everyday*. A great way to end 2013 and begin the new year. These classes will suit beginners and more experienced students and be varied, fun and relaxed to fit the holiday mood. Drop in when you feel like it or make the most of it and come everyday, up to you. It's a good idea to arrive early though, as places are limited. Classes are $17- casual ($14- concession/student) or $130 x 10 classes or $70 x 5 classes (must be used before Jan. 16).

The Holiday Yoga Led Practice is on every morning* at 7:30AM - 9:00AM from December 26 till January 16. The led practice is an opportunity to follow a structured practice, within a group, while making a personal exploration of each posture and the possibilities of the sequence. The led practice is suitable for experienced yogis who are able to look after their own wellbeing throughout. The daily sequences will be varied and aim to provide a well rounded practice over the 22 days. The cost is $10-/session or you can purchase a season pass (covering all 22 sessions) for $140-. The Xmas Intensive is from Dec. 27 – Dec. 29, 4:30 pm – 7:30 pm. For yoga students with at least 1 year of committed practice or attendance at classes. Students should be reasonably confident in Shoulderstand (Sarvangasana) and have begun working on Headstand (Sirsasana) or be familiar with headstand preparations or alternatives. If you are unsure email Johnny or phone 0415 344 722. The workshop is an opportunity to propel yourself forward: find new understanding and look in-depth at your practice. The intensive will incorporate asana (yoga postures) and pranayama (breath work). Bookings are essential as numbers are limited. An earlybird rate of $100- applies if you book with payment before December 14. Cost after this date is $110-.
