Spring Sunday Workshop with Johnny, Sept 14, 2014


Freshness, vitality and renewal are the hallmarks of spring. But how do we keep our yoga practice 'new' while building on past experience and knowledge? This workshop will explore this theme, in relation to mind, body and breath, in an energetic format . It is suitable for students with at least one year of regular attendance in Iyengar Yoga classes and who are reasonably confidant / stable in sarvangasana (shoulderstand) and will include asana (physical postures) and pranayama (breath work).

Bookings are essential and numbers are limited. An earlybird rate of $70- will apply if payment is made by September 4, after that date the cost is $80-. Payment can be made in person at class, or by direct bank deposit (please email Johnny to book and deposit details will be returned to you).   1. Make you the part of your life as well as the routine. It is one of the best physical exercises to do and have fun. Good to see that they are offering a proper workshop and regular classes for yoga to the people and get custom writing from us. I hope that through these workshops people will know about it very much.
