Holiday Yoga Summer Program 2014/15

Holiday Yoga Classes for everybody from December 26, 9:30am - 11:00am, daily.

Holiday Led-Practice for regular yogis from December 26, 7:30am - 9:00am, daily.

Johnny Batchelor's popular Holiday Yoga Classes begin on Boxing Day, December 26, and run through to January 16, 2015. Classes are EVERYDAY at 9:30am - 11:00am, including public holidays, weekends and on New Years Day. The Holiday Yoga classes are relaxed and varied to suit the holiday mood and are suitable to attend daily, if you are very keen, or just whenever you feel like it. For beginners it is a
great introduction to yoga and for regular students a fun way to bring in the new year. It's a good idea to arrive at least five minutes early to make sure you don't miss out on a place.

The cost per class is $18- ($15- student/concession). A Ten Class Pass can be purchased for $140- (which will be valid for a period of 10 weeks, student concession $115-) and a Five Class Pass costs $75- (valid only during the Holiday Yoga classes to January 16). Payment is by cash or cheque (sorry no card facility).

Holiday Led-Practice: December 26 - January 16, EVERYDAY, 7:30am - 9:00am. The Led-Practice will suit students who have at least one year of attending regular classes behind them and is an opportunity to follow a structured practice, within a group, while making a personal exploration of each posture and the possibilities of the sequence. Only basic verbal instruction is given, and participants are not corrected, but can follow visually. The led practice is therefore suitable for reasonably confidant yogis who are able to look after their own wellbeing throughout. To allow for different levels of individual's practice, when appropriate, alternative, or different stages of, poses will be given so that everyone may participate. Also, some discussion may ensue, or advice may be given from time to time. The daily sequences will be varied and aim to provide a well rounded practice over the 22 days and will also respond to fluctuations in the weather appropriately.

The Led-Practice costs $10-/session or you can purchase a season pass (covering all 22 sessions) for $160-. Contact Johnny for further information, or you may just turn up.
