Restorative/Remedial, term three, 2015

Johnny Batchelor's Restorative/Remedial class begins for term two, 2015 on Wednesday, July 15, 12:00pm - 1:30pm. Bookings are now being taken, please contact Johnny.

This class is suitable for students who, because of injuries, bad backs or other conditions, find general classes too demanding. The aim of the class is to give students skills in managing their injuries or conditions while improving posture, mobility and balance and so equip them to eventually join general classes where possible. The class will also focus on the relaxing, calming and nourishing aspects of the restorative poses.



The price for term three, a ten-week term, July 15 to September 16, is $150-. The class may be attended casually for $22-/class if spaces are available but preregistration is required. Numbers will be limited to 12 participants.
