Beginners' yoga course with Tash – Sunday afternoons from October 16, 2016
This is a 10 week course to learn the foundations of Iyengar yoga. It focuses on standing poses, forward bends, twists and relaxation. It is suitable for anyone new to Iyengar yoga, all ages and body types. Attending these classes will help you to develop your flexibility and strength and give you skills to relax your body and mind.
The course starts on 16 October at Moore Street Yoga Room, Austinmer.
Time: Sundays 3.00 – 4.30 pm
