Introducing Amy Layton: Yoga & Mindfulness for kids & teens

Amy Layton is taking over the Wednesday Kids Classes while Erica is on maternity leave. Amy is also introducing a new teens class.

Amy is "offering children and teenagers a space to calm the mind. Develop better coping skills and strategies, to manage the stresses of today's fast paced world, and building self-esteem and resilience whilst having lots of fun.

Times :
Wednesday's During School Terms
Kids Class: 4pm - 5pm
Pre-teens & Teens Class: 5.15pm - 6.15pm

  1. I think kid's yoga sounds like a really great idea to spend all the pent up energy. Same of teenagers. The calming effect is very important.
