Johnny's Autumn Workshop, May 7, 2017

Johnny Batchelor's Autumn workshop traditionally focuses on the creation, conservation and flow of energy in the body. Through work on all categories of poses and on pranayama (breathwork), this workshop will examine ways of moving your practice towards more subtle realms.

8:00 AM - 11:00AM & 1:00PM - 2:30PM



This workshop is open to students who have at least one year of regular practice behind them and who are reasonably confident in shoulderstand (sarvangasana) and have begun working on headstand (sirsasana) or are familiar with the headstand alternatives. Please contact Johnny if you are not sure.

Places are limited so please book soon, with payment, to secure your spot. Payment can be made in class with Johnny or by direct deposit if you prefer (please email Johnny for details). An Earlybird rate of $70- will apply if payment is made by Saturday, April 29 or $85- after that date.
