This class is suitable for students who, because of injuries, bad backs or other conditions, find general classes too demanding. The aim of the class is to give students skills in managing their injuries or chronic conditions while improving posture, mobility and balance and so equip them to eventually join general classes where possible. The class will also focus on the relaxing, calming and nourishing aspects of the restorative poses.
The price for term three will be $140-. As always, the number of students will be limited to a maximum of 12. If spaces are available classes can be attended casually for $25-/class but preregistration is required.
