New class with Sarah Goss from October 17, 2018

Hatha Vinyasa with Sarah: Wednesdays at 5:30pm - 6:30pm

Sarah loves yoga. She is energetic and passionate and loves the art of intelligent creative sequencing. Her classes are open level Hatha Vinyasa and have been described as challenging and nurturing at the same time. She sees each class as a journey. Through movement we find our way to the final and most important part of the practice, stillness. Classes are set to carefully selected playlists (another passion) and peppered with humour and a sprinkling of philosophy.

She believes anyone can practice safely in an open level class when given the right tools to do so. She will always offer modifications for more challenging poses and guide her students to practice with self-awareness and integrity.

Sarah completed her initial teacher training with Noelle Connolly, Simon Park and Kat Clayton in early 2015 at Body Mind Life. Since then she has clocked up several hundred hours of additional training with Noelle Connolly, Kat Clayton, Simon Borg Oliver (Anatomy & Physiology of Yoga) and Yin with Sarah Owen. She regularly attends weekend workshops and online training and has an alarmingly tall pile of philosophy books towering beside her bed. Her current teacher is Steven Hinchliffe at Vinyasa Yoga Fairy Meadow for whom she also teaches.

When she’s not teaching she can be found with her family, surfing, taking photos, walking, with friends or any and all of those!
