Spring Sunday Workshop with Johnny Batchelor

This year, Johnny's Spring Sunday Workshop will get you moving. We will look at the principles of mobility and stability, along with balance. We will work energetically, but in a staged and steady way that provides a framework for exploring transformation in our practice, physically and mentally.

This workshop is suitable for students with more than one year of regular attendance in yoga classes, or who have their own established practice, and who are reasonably confidant/stable in sarvangasana (shoulderstand) and sirsasana (headstand) or familiar with headstand preparations or alternatives. The workshop will include asana (physical postures), restorative postures and pranayama (breath work).

Bookings are essential and numbers are limited. An earlybird rate of $75- will apply if payment is made by October 27, after that date the cost is $95-.
