Welcoming Shell Whitbread and her new Yin (Mondays 5:30pm - 6:30pm) and Vinyasa (Wednesdays 6:00am - 7:00am) beginning on May 20, 2019.
Shell is a passionate Yin and Vinyasa yoga teacher who is fascinated by the mind/body connection.
Yin - Releasing stagnant energy and tension in the body by longer holds to release connective tissue and fascia. A practise of going within, slowing down, letting go.
Vinyasa - Connection of breath and movement focused on building strength, flexibility and mindfulness.
With yoga philosophy weaved through out class Shell encourages her students to use yoga as a way of creating balance and harmony in life.
