Open Level - Beginners Welcome
Find time for yourself to stretch and have a break from working on the computer. Come and relax in the cool Moore Street Yoga Room, out of the hot midday summer sun.
In the lesson we learn and develop the combination of Yoga and Pilates techniques. We then move on to the progressions for more challenging exercises where the focus includes the use of small props, the foam roller, bands and chi balls.
