Nic teaches a dynamic Vinyasa yoga class for all bodies and abilities. A practice that energises and centre’s us, both on a physical and mental level. Nic provides an energising asana and pranayama practice that focuses on breath in a calm, safe and inclusive space. Her classes help to reduce stress and restore balance.
Nic has been practicing Yoga for many years and completed her teacher training early in 2021 after many years of study.
