Traditionally time for the spring clean, this workshop will deal with keeping your yoga fresh and vital in body, mind and breath. It is suitable for students with at least one year of regular attendance in yoga classes and who are reasonably confidant/stable in sarvangasana (shoulderstand) and will include asana (physical postures) and pranayama (breath work).
