New Class -Yoga and Pilates Fusion: Tuesday’s at 11.30am -12.30pm From April 29

Open Level beginners welcome.

The weekly Yoga and Pilates fusion classes run on Tuesday’s 10am -11am  and now there is a New Class during school term on Tuesday’s at 11.30am -12.30pm the class format is the same so choose the time that suits. In the class we use the foam roller, bands and chi balls we will learn and develop the fundamentals of the body-in-tuition™ combination of Yoga and Pilates technique then move on to the progressions for more challenging exercises the focus includes: breathing; alignment; posture; core strength; balance; relaxation and practice exercises.
