This class is suitable for students who, because of injuries, bad backs or other conditions, find general classes too demanding. The aim of the class is to give students skills in managing their injuries or conditions while improving posture, mobility and balance and so equip them to eventually join general classes where possible. The class will also focus on the relaxing, calming and nourishing aspects of the restorative poses.

After decades learning other styles, Karla started her encounter with Iyengar yoga in 2002 at Moore Street. By attending regular classes, yoga changed her life! Now, she will introduce students to this popular practice, in a class starting on Thursday 29th January (from 10 – 11.30am).
