Please join Kath for a new yoga class starting Saturday 20th January at 4pm at the Moore st Yoga Room.
Kath's hatha vinyasa classes are a fluid practice that include asana (physical poses) pranayama (breath work) and meditation (discipline of the mind). Kath brings 10 years of teaching experience and 18 years of practice experience to her classes. She teaches in flow with the seasons and draws inspiration from the rhythms of nature.
All levels welcome.
