This course will suit those who find general classes too strenuous, have a particular restriction or ailment they would like to address or want a gentle introduction to the fundamentals of yoga. The class is slow and careful and aims to help you improve mobility, strength and balance, and with stress relief: It will be good for those bad knees, shoulders, necks, hips and sore backs but is also balancing for the digestive and hormonal systems and promotes focus and clarity of mind. Remember, in this class postures will be adapted to take into account your current condition and so work appropriately with whatever restrictions you may have.
