Juliet Willetts
is a qualified teacher of Shadow Yoga, a style based on the ancient hatha yoga texts and founded by Zhander Remete. This style works with simple but challenging preparatory sequences designed to remove energetic blockages and link movement and breath (see www.shadowyoga.com). Juliet has practiced yoga since 1991 including throughout two pregnancies, and has taught since 1996. Erika Steller

Katherine Watson
has been practising yoga since 1999 and has been teaching yoga for the last 10 years. 
She is fully certified to teach Hatha Vinyasa (Yoga Arts 2008), Yin (Sarah Powers 2014), Pre-natal (Jivamukti 2013) and kids yoga (Zenergy 2012). Katherine taught at Bondi’s iconic school Dharmashala for 7 years and brings that style of hatha vinyasa flow to her classes in the Illawarra. Katherine continues her study through attending regular workshops, teacher trainings and retreats. Marc Crick

Alyson Johnson
 is a registered senior teacher with Yoga Australia and a long-term student of Certified Ashtanga Yoga teacher Eileen Hall. Alyson apprenticed with Authorised L2 Ashtanga Yoga teacher Fiona Pullen at Yoga Space in Paddington full time for three years (2006 – 2009) and assisted Eileen Hall for a further 2 year period (2010 – 2012). Alyson has been practicing yoga since 2002 and teaching since 2007. Shooshi Dreyfus 
has been practising and teaching yoga for over 20 years. Her initial teacher's training was in Oki Yoga, however she practises the Iyengar method. She continues to develop her yoga knowledge and  practice through workshops with Lulu Bull, as well as practicing with the local teachers.
