Juliet Willetts is a qualified teacher of Shadow Yoga, a style based on the ancient hatha yoga texts and founded by Shandor Remete. This style works with simple but challenging preparatory sequences designed to remove energetic blockages and link movement and breath (see www.shadowyoga.com). Kai Hazelgrove is a qualified Hatha Yoga teacher with foundations in Viniyoga (Rachel Nokes 2017 & 2018). Viniyoga is a gentle, slow and therapeutic style that adapts the practice to each individual and stimulates the link between breath and movement.
Whilst respecting the traditions of yoga, Kai’s calm instruction is invitational with plenty of options, having studied Trauma Informed Yoga, Yoga for Anxiety and Depression and Body Image (Sarah Ball, 2018). Holly Nehme is passionate about sharing yoga as a means of personal transformation. With 14 years of dedicated practice, study and teaching across a variety of styles, the traditional tantric hatha yoga system emerged as a standout — its ability to recalibrate not only the physical body but the energetic architecture has been completely life-changing. Gianna Hazel is a qualified Hatha Vinyasa (Kai Yoga) teacher and practicing trauma counsellor. Passionate about the intersection of movement and mental wellbeing, Gianna specializes in blending yoga with evidence-based somatic modalities like Brainspotting to support nervous system regulation. In Gianna’s classes, you can expect a dynamic yet regulating Vinyasa practice. Her style is grounding and supportive, offering a safe space to explore stillness. Alex Ray teaches a meditative embodiment practice known as the Realisation Process for both embodiment and psychological healing. The Realisation Process is a meditative embodiment practice that supports greater self-awareness, emotional well-being, and a deeper sense of connection with oneself.
