Moore Lane Yoga Room Fundraiser

Friday October 24, 7:30pm – 9:15pm

We are happy to announce a follow-up fund-raiser FILM NIGHT! We will screen a film tracing the roots of hatha yoga in traditions in Nepal, Tibet and India. The event will support NSYI, the Community Association which runs the Yoga Room, to make the room comfortable in warmer months with fans, screens etc.

The film tickets are $25 and you can purchase them on Humantix online at https://events.humanitix.com/moore-lane-yoga-room-fundraiser, with any further donations also gratefully accepted. Make sure you get in early to secure your ticket.

We will offer chai onsite, and please bring a cushion, beanbag or camping chair to the hall on the night- the film is just over an hour long.

Moore Lane Yoga Room Fundraiser

Sunday Sept. 14, 4:30pm – 6:00pm (please arrive by 4:15).

After the move, sealing the drafts and installing heaters, summer will soon be upon us. NSYI, the Community Association which runs the Yoga Room, needs funds to ready the space for warmer weather. We are inviting you to contribute by attending a special Restorative Yoga class taught by 4 of our wonderful teachers. For 20 mins in turn, Kai, Juliet, Erika and Johnny will take you through an immersive, calming yoga experience, each in their own way, each with their own perspective on the expansive subject of yoga.

The class will be gentle and nourishing and is open to everyone, and any level of yoga experience.

The class will be $25 at the door, with any further donations gratefully accepted.

If you are unable to attend, feel free to offer a donation via your class teacher.
