Ashanna will be teaching a Yin + Meditation class on Thursdays at 6pm, starting on January 15, 2026.
One of Ashanna's favourite aspects of being a yoga teacher is being a devoted student for life. Continuing to learn different modalities, evidence-based practices, ancient traditions, inspiring philosophy, and weaving them together to create a space where you can explore yourself and recalibrate to your innate sense of alignment. Ashanna's style is calming, grounding and supportive whilst also inviting curiosity and playfulness – creating a safe space to connect with and listen to your inner teacher.
