Meditative Embodiment with Alex Ray

Sundays at 9am - 10:15am 

Alex Ray teaches a meditative embodiment practice known as the Realisation Process for both embodiment and psychological healing. The Realisation Process is a meditative embodiment practice that supports greater self-awareness, emotional well-being, and a deeper sense of connection with oneself.

Suitable for people of all backgrounds and levels of physical capacity, the practice does not require any prior experience with meditation, spirituality, or yoga.

The Realisation Process includes approaches designed to help resolve the physical and emotional patterns that can result from stress, trauma, and challenging life experiences. Through subtle exercises in body awareness and attention, participants learn to release deeply held nervous system patterns and constrictions throughout the body. 

This enables participants to experience a greater sense of presence, ease, and groundedness in daily life. The practice also enhances our capacity for relaxation, resilience, and authentic self-connection while complementing other wellness and movement practices.
